Superior, outstanding company!!!!!!! I highly recommend Shane and Clay for all of your septic and drainfield needs! Don't call anyone else! Shane holden, the owner, came out two separate times to check my drainfield to see if it was working, at no charge. Septic was pumped once. The floods we had a few months ago started the issue and has been going on. he came today with equipment to repair the drainfield and the real problem is water drainage on my property. He and his guy clay took their time and diligently assessed the entire situation, step by step, found the drainfield to be in good working order and would not even take payment for his time. Honest integrity at it's best, is what that is! I can't say enough about A-1. Great guys and very knowledgeable in all respects of septic and drainfields and will tell you exactly how septic systems work, in detail, and what is going on with yours. Do yourself a favor and don't call any of the big-name companies or anybody else!!!! Call A-1. Shane will do you right! I always give credit where credit is due, but I do not hype my reviews.

A-1 Septic is phenomenal! I thought I needed a septic pump replacement and was recommended to call A-1. Shane showed up the very next day to come check it out and then came the following day to pump the tank and pump chamber so they could replace the pump. They saw that the pump chamber had collapsed entirely and would be a much bigger job than we originally thought. Shane was extremely communicative and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. I had rainfall coming into my yard and over my septic area which Shane identified and even talked to my neighbor to get their permission to reroute the water away from my backyard. If you have any septic or drainage issues, you must call A-1. Thank you Shane and Clay for being so helpful, the advice, and everything you did for me.

I have only good things to say about A1 Septic. They were kind, efficient, and caring! Shane was very professional and timely about taking care of our septic system. He was very thorough and took his time explaining/ answering questions in order to make sure I was informed. He and his team are top notch and provide top quality work.
